As a City Councilman, Rick will bring his considerable leadership experience, problem solving skills that has made him a successful engineer and an unmatched passion for Lake Elsinore exhibited by his attendance at almost all City Council, PSAC, Historical Society and Citizen's Committee meetings. For over 2 years on the Planning Commission, Rick has consistently demonstrated his working knowledge of the zoning and building codes, his skills at finding solutions to difficult situations and seeking more ways to involve the citizens in the decision making process.
